Detailed Description

This class is used to introduce new ssap objects to the system via their Formatters.

This class also determines the baseline system for ssap. For rapid update mode.

Note that all the std::strings that get passed into SSAPIntroducer are case-insensitive. "VIL" is the same as "vil" or "viL".
